Partnership Distribution Support & Transformation Manager
Main Responsibility
Compensation/Contest Strategy & Design
- Lead the development and enhancement of compensation framework/tactical sales contest/promotions for PD
- Ensure compensation schemes are competitive, performance-drive, and aligned with company KPIs & strategy.
- Monitor contest performance and effectiveness and provide actionable insights to optimize effectiveness.
- Conduct regular benchmarking against market.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with related stakeholders (FIN, HR, Sales, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to: 1) ensure alignment & governance, and 2) balance sales incentives with cost efficiency
- Act as a key liaison with Bank Partners and Sales teams to understand the needs of tactical contests & long-term contests and advise appropriate solutions.
Budget plan
- Plan, management and control Annual PD Distribution Operation Plan (DOP) .
- Manage and control budget Marketing Allowance budget.
Reporting to Group and Related Departments
- Provide regular and periodic reports to Group, Finance, and other relevant departments on PD performance tracking and KPI results.
- Deliver regular updates for both internal and external monthly meetings on the progress of contests, campaigns, incentives, and budget utilization.
- Prepare and submit ad-hoc reports as requested.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Build capabilities in analytics, program design, and strategic thinking within the team
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualification and Experience Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Insurance or Financial Service Industry.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Reporting and Analysis
- Detail-oriented, teamwork, and hard working.
- Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills both in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong MS Office applications, especially in Excel & Power Point.
- Solid quantitative and analytical aptitude.
- Has strong interpersonal skills ability to interact congenially with cross-functional colleagues across different levels.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities as required.
