Associate Corp. Communication Manager
I - RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Corp. Internal Communication (IC) Planning
- Establish an internal communications (IC) plan in conjunction with Head of Function
- Be a key contact of the team to receive campaigns/ projects info from group/ regional communication team and requests of all GVL functions.
- Traffic management: Arrange requests/ projects from group/ departments and put on IC calendar; then closely follow up with key stakeholders to carry on.
- Initiate and deliver IC local initiatives that foster organizational knowledge sharing and understanding.
- Integrate IC as a part of Marketing & CSR campaigns to communicate & engage with GVL employees.
- Proactive co-work with crossed functions/ departments to brainstorm, planning & execute projects.
2. Corp. Internal communication implementation:
Campaign/ Project management:
- Roll out, manage, and execute campaigns/ projects from end to end.
- Timely cascade group/ regional comms info/ campaigns to local entity
- Strategically advise other departments to run their own projects.
- Lead internal events and activities related to the IC integrated plan.
- Task allocation for team members & manage related departments, 03rd parties/ vendors/ to run the projects effectively.
Content compose & management:
- Provide communication support to the BODs by assisting in creating speeches, organizational announcements, memo, and other similar forms.
- Plan, create, adapt, and manage engaging content for various internal communication channels (Workplace, Internal email, LinkedIn, GenVoice FM…)

Bachelor’s Degree in journalism/ communication/ business & economy |

Experience |
Minimum 4 – 6 years as corporate communication/ engagement |

· Substantial ownership and project management: Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with colleagues, stakeholders, and management to get the job done. · Good logical thinking & planning skills · Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere. · High level of communication/ presentation · Excellent English/ Vietnamese writing skills for both long form and short for; IELTS writing 7.0 up is a plus. · Team management, training & mentoring skills · Open to copes extension · Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision. · High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. · An energetic and willing attitude
