· Develop and implement customer care programs, promotional campaigns, and customer appreciation initiatives. · Analyze customer habits and preferences to tailor programs effectively. · Oversee the purchasing of goods and ensure efficient inventory management. · Utilize Excel proficiently for data analysis, reporting, and program management. · Create detailed reports and present findings to senior management. · Manage and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. · Ensure effective team communication and coordination. · Provide excellent written communication for program documentation and customer correspondence. |

Qualification and Experience Requirement |

Education |
: |
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Fluent in English skills. - Loma 280, 290 is preferable. |
Experience |
: |
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer service, Customer Care. |
Skills |
: |
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese both in speaking and writing. - Proven experience in customer service and program development. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Excellent writing and reporting skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team. - Good initiative and team spirit. - Experience in purchasing and inventory management is a plus. - Able to work in high pressure working environment. |
