Business Planning & Data Analytics Associate Manager/Manager
I. Responsibility
- Managing incentive/contest/compensation planning process: propose compensation package for distribution channel, do cost projection, track/monitor expense vs. projection and budget, analyze and measure the effectiveness of compensation plan
- Responsible for developing & delivering regular reports of budget control and expenses tracking, analyze compensation/incentive/income result, Competitors Review/Market analysis
- Working with relevant departments to get more insight of the business and communicate Team findings or proposal
- Build & lead the team independently, effectively & efficiently in all assigned tasks
II. Requirements
Education
· University Degree in Mathematics/Business Administration or IT/technical related
Experience
· Minimum 5 years of Compensation related experience in Multi-national life insurance companies
· Familiar working with big database, Sales reports, dashboard reports, analysis reports, compensation planning
· Project management
Skills
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, VBA, SQL, Microsoft Word, Power Point
· Good Communication and presentation skill in both Vietnamese and English
· Analytical skill
· Work organization skill
· Good management skill
· Detail-oriented, result-oriented and delivery outcome with “beyond the call of duty” mindset
