Complaint Handling Supervisor

JOB DUTIES:

  • Lead complaint handling team;
  • Ensure smoothly operation for daily activities of the team: Complaint handling, company correspondence via complaint, email, websites, media;
  • Provide training/ coaching to staffs;
  • Co-operating and maintaining relationships within Department, related Departments, Government Offices & Stakeholders (if any);
  • Making periodical reports;
  • Support Division targets and Company objectives as and when assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1) Education:

  • University degree
  • Fluent in English skills
  • Loma 280, 290 is preferable

2) Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer service, Customer Care   

3) Skills:

  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese both in speaking and writing
  • Excellent interpersonal and self-motivated, always ready to provide guidance to team members
  • Ability to identify, analyse, organise, solve issues and reported problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Good time management skill
  • Able to work in high pressure working environment
  • Good computer skill
  • Good initiative and team spirit.
