CSR Senior Supervisor
I - JOB SCOPE
Take part in the planning process to work out CSR campaigns and execute CSR campaigns (global và Local level) within the organizations, ensuring the organization operates responsibly and contributes positively to society and the environment. Coordinate to execute brand campaigns or assigned projects.
II - RESPONSIBILITIES
CSR PLAN DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
- Take part in the planning process to work out CSR campaigns/activtities ... as assigned
- Execution of CSR programs, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.
- Analyze results and develop action plans to ensure Generali has effective CSR programs.
- Localize Global CSR Internal Engagement Activities that fit GVL cultures & and insights
- Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices.
- Do administration tasks and follow company processes & regulations
CSR COMMUNICATION & GOVERNANCE
- Execute communication plan of CSR activities
- Promote CSR programs effectively among employees, sales forces and customers to enhance company’s reputation, trust & increase brand love
- Manage & grow CSR Social channels
- Follow global CSR guideline & regulations
- Ensuring compliance with social and environmental responsibility laws and regulations.
FUNDRAISING AND MANAGEMENT
- Handle implement of GenCare fund raising follow CRS plans
- Manage & keep track GenCare Fund to ensure transparency & effective usage of the fund that meet objectives of yearly CSR strategy and planning
- Prepare well report/update of GenCare fund to related stakeholders & employees
PARTNERSHIP ENGAGEMENT
- Partner & work closely with NGOs and government departments/agencies to promote and execute CSR activities.
BRAND PROJECT COORDINATION
- Coordinate with other teams to execute well brand projects
- Manage external suppliers like advertising, media, digital, production agencies.. and partners related to brand campaign
- Handle brand project report.
OTHERS:
- Do administration tasks and follow company process & regulations
- Warehouse management
- Other marketing tasks assigned by Line Manager
III - REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Communications, Brand Management or a related field is required.
Experience
- More than 5 years working experience with more than 4 years working in CSR, marketing, communications, digital engagement, brand management…Must have experiences and used to work with NGOs or government departments
Skills
- Strong Planning skill. Strong proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Vietnamese and English
- Good presentation and public speaking skills. Strong interpersonal & negotiating skills
- Strong decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task
- Good Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company, ability to build partnerships externally
Other requirements: Able to travel within Vietnam and abroad
