Data Management & Business Analytics & Compensation Planning Manager
I - Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain dashboard/reports for distribution management and customer management;
2. Conduct deep dive analytics on distribution performance: providing meaningful insights for distribution performance management;
3. Conduct deep dive analytics on customer management: providing meaningful insights for customer management (customer profiling, customer attrition, customer upselling);
4. Sudy and propose planning for compensation and contest of Agency and GenE
5. Conduct market intelligence to remain competitive edge of GVL schemes
II - Requirements
1. Education: University Degree in Business Statistics/Business Administration/Finance/Insurance;
2. Experiece:
- Minimum 4 years of business analytics, MIS management, or strategic planning for multi-national life insurance companies;
- Strong working experience on data processing, report automation/visualization, MIS management for senior management;
- Experience on projects management as advantage;
3. Skills:
- Strong analytic thinking, and solid business acumen;
- Experience in project management is an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of advanced business analytic methods/approach (profiling, 2 variables analysis, classification, logistic regression modelling) as advantage;
- Skillful in using Microsoft Excel VBA, Access, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Power Point (R or Python skills as advantages);
- Assertive communication and excellent presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English;
