Strategic Leadership:§  Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.§  Lead the creation of short-term and long-term strategic plans to drive business growth and brand equity.§  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategy adjustments and innovations.

 

 

Brand Management§  Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.§  Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing channels and campaigns.§  Collaborate with global teams to maintain brand consistency and alignment with the international brand strategy.

 

 

Marketing Operations: §  Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including budgeting, planning, and team management.§  Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.§  Utilize data analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, optimizing for ROI.

 

 

Team Leadership and Development: §  Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.§  Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.§  o  Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure team alignment with business objectives.

 

 

Stakeholder Engagement: §  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and external agencies.§  Represent the marketing function in executive meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis and performance metrics.

 

 

Qualification and Experience Requirement

:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred

Experience

Kinh nghiệm                     

:

·       Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the life insurance or financial services or FMCG industry.

·       Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand recognition.

·       Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and cultural nuances.
