Individual Claims Assessor
JOB DUTIES:
- Justifying the validity and completeness of claims file;
- Giving out appropriate requirements for information, documents and investigation;
- Making sound claims assessments and accurate claims decisions;
- Providing excellent services to customers, agency force and others;
- Handling customer‘s inquiries and complaints;
- Monitoring pending claims and ensuring service TAT;
- Making claim decision for direct billing service;
- Taking charge of other tasks/projects as and when assigned by Claims (Sr.) Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Education:
- University degree, medical background is preferred
2) Experience:
- 1-3 year experience, claim assessment is preferred
3) Skills:
- Strong analytical and judgmental skills;
- Good at communication, negociation and presentation;
- High level of integrity and initiatives;
- Highly committed and self-motivated;
- Good interpersonal and supervisory skills;
- Well organized and be able to work under tight deadline and pressure;
- Be familiar with computer software and usage;
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese
