Operational Excellence Supervisor
I - Job Scope
- Purpose of this role: Assist Opex Manager in overseeing all activities of technical works like project implementation, system enhancement, business requirement, UAT, ...
- Analyze MIS, statistic report to come up/ deliver solutions to improve Ops process(es)
- Please indicate financial and non-financial KPIs for this role: Control backlog, TAT, error and productivity of team.
- Please give a description of key challenge of this role: Built Individual team become a strong team has deep knowledge (about products, system, Ops transactions) and teamwork.
- Please describe which parties are usual contact in their role including internal or external parties and describe the nature of communication with these parties: cross departments, IT, distributions
II - Main Responsibilities
- Understand business problems and come up solutions, business requirement, seek business owner’s approval, UAT.
- Involve to UAT and testing for new product and follow-up with production issue from system
- Training and coaching for staff about product, guideline and manual
- Execute/ process all transactions of Operations (new business and/or policy services and/or claim)
- Statistics, reporting, technical works like project, system enhancement, UAT, ...
- Perform other responsibility and duty assigned by Opex Manager.
III - Requirements
Education:
- Accounting /Financial & Banking University degree,
- Insurance specialisation is priority..
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in Finance, Ops, and system enhancement/ reporting field
- Prefer: experience in supervision/ management role in insurance industry
Skills:
- Good in English and Vietnamese both in speaking and writing
- Good communication, organization and planning skills
- Knowledge in computer software and using computer system: excel, assess
- Effective time management and result oriented
- Highly committed and self-motivated, teamworking, ability to multitask
