Performance Marketing Manager/Senior Manager
1. Purpose
Your responsibilities will range from planning, analyzing & optimizing all digital performance marketing activities & lead generation.
2. Main Responsibility
- Work with Brand Team & Media Agencies to set the digital media planning for marketing campaigns from time to time.
- Manage Media Agencies, monitor, analyze performance, propose actions to achieve goals & ROI targets.
- SEO, SEM: responsible for working with Agencies for planning, implementing & managing company’s overall SEO, SEM strategies.
- Lead generation: responsible for planning, implementing & managing lead generation (always-on lead generation & specific lead generation campaign linked to brand campaigns)
- Be responsible for one of strategic objectives of GenVita Platform is acquisition (new users & lead generation). Work with GenVita team & Digital Content Team to (1) media planning to acquire more new users (2) define journey of lead nurturing & lead generation on owned media channels (website, GenVita, database), then monitor & optimize performance; eventually ensure acquisition goals are met.
- Plan email-marketing calendar and executions in close cooperation with Digital Content Team/GenVita/Customer Experience Team. Manage the execution of these campaigns. Measure results and ROI of these campaigns. Build an email-target database and define opportunities to grow the size of the database.
- Website: take ownership of website technical performance, monitor web analytics dashboards & key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance.
- Building landing pages for specific campaigns
- Reporting: weekly, monthly reporting of performance, metrics, ROI, KPIs, ect…
- Collect insights from actual performance learning to present to Marketing team to support new campaign planning.
- Closely working with other functions in Marketing (Brand, Content Planning, GenVita, Customer Experience…) & Direct Business to define opportunities to drive growth.
6. Qualification and Experience Requirement
Experience
- A Passion for Digital Marketing. You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and changes as they roll out.
- At least 7+ years of related digital or Social Media Advertising experience
- A strong grasp of Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics driven (performance) marketing.
Qualification
- University degree, technology or marketing major, MBA is a plus
