Why does the position exist? What objectives does this position have to achieve? Performance Marketing be responsible for monitoring & optimizing all digital media channels to maximize impact & ROI for Always on campaign to big brand campaigns. Besides, team is managing digital assets (website / CRM) & digital tracking & automation platform (GA4 / Insider / Appflyers) The position objective Performance Marketing: · You will be responsible for growing all digital channels, including paid advertising & other online advertising platforms. · You will also be co-developing marketing campaign ideas, performing and identifying results and return in multiple digital marketing tools. |

Activities · Responsible for executing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Tiktok, and other online advertising. · Ensure end to end tracking framework. · Manage performance budget and campaign management of all digital channels to drive strong return on investment |

Stakeholder · Work closely with internal team including branding team, content team & design team. · External team including Tech team, vendor such as SEO / Automation Marketing platform & App tracking platform |
