Quality Assurance and Distribution Compliance Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Conducting quality investigation into simple intermediary-related misconduct cases timely and correctly disciplinary action to advise the Distribution Disciplinary Committee for remedial actions.
2. Assisting the Compliance Head on performing the analysis on quality sales indicators and demonstrate onto the dashboard to address/investigate the suspicious Offices to test the suspicious trends and early detect the misconduct relating to sale
3. Supporting team members in circulating the documents/notification/letters to the relevant stakeholders to ensure the administration workflow timely.
4. Raising and nurturing the integrity culture within the Company and to the business partner/agents through the Compliance Awareness Program.
5. Playing an ethical role model to Compliance team members and other staffs by promoting the importance of compliance culture and raising awareness of stakeholders in order to pro-actively cooperate on avoid compliance risk exposure.
6. Conducting the quality investigation as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance or Business 
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance or business management
• Expert knowledge of industry regulatory
• Ability of negotiation, interrogation, analytical and organizational skills
• Good English language skills, both verbal and written
